Ashley James
I bring a strong background in agriculture, finance, and relationship building. For the past seven years, I have worked as a grain merchandiser with POET, developing extensive experience in corn merchandising, market analysis, and working closely with producers. My professional foundation also includes an accounting degree and fifteen years of experience, which has given me strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial decision-making.
Agriculture has been central to my life as an adult. I have a deep appreciation for farm life, from working with cattle to being involved in the day-to-day rhythm of rural communities. As a wife and a mom of four very active kids who love sports and the outdoors, I understand the importance of home, land, and community. Those values shape how I approach both my professional and personal life.
While real estate is a new chapter for me, I am incredibly excited about the opportunity to help others navigate one of the most important decisions they’ll make. Communication and relationship building are some of my greatest strengths, and I truly enjoy helping people achieve their goals.
